Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can whole kernel corn, drained slightly
1 large can cream-style corn
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sour cream
2 eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Remove from oven; top with shredded or grated cheese.
Return to oven; bake for 10 minutes.
