Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation

Combine potatoes and butter in large bowl.
Stir in sour cream, soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper.
Place in greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
Combine crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over top. Cover.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 40 minutes.
