Ingredients

1 English muffin, split and toasted
2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
6 slices pepperoni
2 Tbsp. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Spread each muffin half with pizza sauce.
Top each with 3 slices pepperoni and then with cheese.
Place halves on microproof plate. Cook on 60 for 45 to 60 seconds or until cheese is melted. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
