Blintz Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo or butter
    12 Blintzes (2 boxes frozen)
    2 c. sour cream
    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter or oleo in
    9 x 12-inch baking dish and put blintzes in it.
    Cover with remaining ingredients.
    (Sprinkle with cinnamon, optional.)
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or
    1 hour if blintzes are frozen.
    Excellent for a brunch.
    Serves 6 to 8.
