Ingredients

2 to 3 medium onions
6 c. water
3 to 5 beef bouillon cubes
dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. beef chunks, diced
French bread, cut into large cubes
Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Saute onions.
Add water.
Add beef bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sauce and beef chunks.
Simmer 1/2 hour.
Pour over French bread in ovenware bowls.
Top with Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese.
Put bowls in microwave to melt cheese.
