Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breast, not cooked, cubed
    1/2 lb. boiled ham, cubed
    1/2 med onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    2 c. light cream
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cut chicken and ham into chunks, place into the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
    Saute onion in margarine, add flour to make paste, slowly add cream and bring to a boil.
    Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly, add dry mustard and pour over chicken and ham.
    Top with cheese, breadcrumbs and butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
