Barbequed Pork On Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork loin or shoulder
    1 medium-size chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. fat
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    salt
    red pepper
Preparation
    Boil
    or
    bake
    pork
    until well done.
    When cool, dice into small pieces. Brown onion in fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer
    30 minutes.
    Pour over meat and simmer about 20 minutes. (It is good to make three or four times the amount of sauce
    and divide in portions to freeze for later use.)
    Serve the hot pork on warm buns.
