Warm Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. dried mixed fruit
    1 c. apricot nectar
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. honey
    1 apple, cored and chopped
    4 oz. strawberries, hulled
    4 oz. seedless red grapes
    1 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    In large saucepan over medium heat, combine mixed fruit, nectar, lemon juice and honey.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Serve hot or chilled.
    Serves 8.
