Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. small mushrooms (50)
4 slices bacon, diced
1 medium onion, minced
2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Butter a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Set aside.
Wash and dry mushrooms.
Remove stems, chop and reserve for stuffing. Saute diced bacon, onion, green pepper, chopped mushroom stems, salt and pepper.
Remove from heat when cooked through, not browned.
