Lemon Afternoon Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. real mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. graham cracker ready pie crust
Preparation
    In a large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
    Gradually beat in sugar.
    Beat in eggs, one at a time.
    Beat in rind, juice and vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Chill 4 hours.
