Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. frozen raspberries, defrosted with their juice reserved
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. grated orange zest
Preparation

Rinse and pick over the cranberries.
Drain the raspberries' liquid into a measuring cup and add enough water to make 1 cup total.
Transfer the liquid, the cranberries, raspberries, sugar and orange zest into a deep, non-reactive (such as enamel) saucepan.
