Molding Clay(Not To Eat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. salt
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 ring smoked sausage
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sage, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Toss apples, brown sugar, flour, sage and onion together and put in casserole dish.
    Cut sausage in 1/2-inch slices and arrange on top of apples.
    Cover loosely and cook in microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes, until apples are tender.
    Sprinkle cheese over top and cook on Medium for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
