Butterfinger Candy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 Butterfinger candy bars (2.1 oz. each), coarsely chopped and divided
    pastry for 9-inch single crust pie
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. unsalted butter
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs light in large bowl.
    Stir in water, sugar, flour and salt until well combined.
    Melt butter in small saucepan over low heat.
    Stir hot butter into batter.
    Stir in 6 chopped candy bars.
    Cool completely.
