Family Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch/flour
    2 Tbsp. water
    6 oz. Light 'N Fluffy noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Add onion and garlic, cook and stir until onion is tender.
    Combine 1 cup water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, paprika, dry mustard and pepper; stir into ground beef mixture.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch/flour and 2 tablespoons water and add to meat mixture.
    Cook and stir for 5minutes or until sauce thickens and begins to boil.
    Cook noodles in water, drain and add to meat mixture.
    Serves 4.
