Microwave Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. white sauce mix
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. water
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 carrot, coarsely shredded
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl, combine white sauce.
    Mix broth, broccoli, carrot and onion.
    Cover with lid or waxed paper. Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring 4 times until soup boils and thickens.
    Stir in milk and pepper. Microwave, covered, 2 minutes until hot.
