Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. grated zucchini
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream butter, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and sour milk.
Add flour, baking soda, cocoa, spices and salt.
Add the zucchini.
Spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with nuts and chocolate chips.
