German Potato And Franks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frankfurters, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 can sauerkraut
    2/3 c. salad oil
    1/2 to 2/3 c. vinegar
    2 onions, chopped
    8 medium potatoes, boiled and sliced
    2 tsp. capers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil; brown onions.
    Add sliced franks and vinegar, capers, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes.
    Drain sauerkraut; rinse.
    Add to franks; simmer 10 minutes.
    Add boiled, sliced potatoes; simmer 10 minutes and then enjoy.
