Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 lbs. round steak (cut up in cubes)
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. water
    1 can sliced mushrooms (drained)
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. onion (diced)
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flour meat, salt and pepper and brown in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients, except milk and lemon juice.
    Cook over slow heat in cover skillet for 25 minutes.
    Stir occasionally. Stir in milk and lemon juice.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
