Quick Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pinch of pepper
    pinch of garlic
    1 medium onion, cut into rings
    1 lb. small white mushrooms, cleaned
Preparation
    Mix red wine, salt, sugar, pepper and garlic together with a whisk.
    Slowly add oil.
    Mix so that mixture doesn't separate, then add onions and mushrooms.
    Let marinate 24 hours before serving.
    Serve with toothpicks.
