Pea Pods-Almonds-Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
    8 oz. pea pods
    1 chicken bouillon
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix together water, soy sauce, cornstarch and bouillon.
    Now, melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet; add slivered almonds. Stir-fry until lightly browned; add pea pods.
    Stir-fry 2 minutes more.
    Now add mushrooms after they have been drained.
    Add cornstarch mixture; cook and stir until thickened.
    Serve.
