Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. broccoli (frozen)
1 Cheez Whiz
1 medium onion, cut fine
garlic, cut fine
1 stick oleo or butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. flour to thicken
croutons
Preparation

Cook broccoli until tender and drain.
Saute onion and garlic (not brown).
Add cheese.
Stir.
Add soup, mushrooms and flour to broccoli and mix well.
Add croutons on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Enjoy.
