Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Simmer for about 4 minutes; place in jars.
Keep for several days in refrigerator to allow juice to permeate before serving as hors d'oeuvre.
