Crock-Pot Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) roast
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice onion and place in bottom of crock-pot.
    Place roast on top of onion.
    Salt and pepper roast. Pour the soup over the roast.
    Cook 8 hours on low setting or until roast is tender.
