Homemade Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. fresh berries or grapes
1 lb. granulated sugar
Preparation

Squeeze and mash fruit until it is broken to release juices. Add sugar and mix.
Put in large, airtight container, glass, crock or plastic bucket with plastic tubing leading to a gallon jug of water.
Allow to ferment in warm place (70\u00b0 to 90\u00b0) for 12 to 20 days, depending on temperature.
Strain well and repeat fermenting process with strained juice.
Add sugar (12 to 15 days).
Pour in wine bottles and cork.
