Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, pared and diced
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    3 c. scalded milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and onion in water until tender.
    Drain and save water.
    Mash potatoes and return to water they were cooked in. Add milk, margarine, salt and pepper to mixture and heat.
