Mexican Frank Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frankfurters
    3/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cut frankfurters lengthwise, being careful not to cut completely through.
    Arrange cut side up in a 12 x 18-inch baking dish.
    Combine crumbs, corn, pickle relish and onion.
    Place corn mixture evenly over frankfurters.
    Combine soup, water and oregano.
    Spoon over mixture and franks.
    Bake in moderately hot oven at 375\u00b0 until thoroughly heated and lightly browned.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
