Cutlets Ala Ada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cutlets (cube steaks) or chicken fillets
    1 large onion
    1 can black olives
    2 eggs
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Bread the meat and saute until brown. Add sliced onion and olives. Mix 1/4 cup flour and 1 cup water.
    Pour into skillet with the rest of the ingredients.
    Cover and simmer for 35 to 45 minutes.
