Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooking apples, cored, peeled and sliced
2/3 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 to 4 drops red food coloring
Preparation

In saucepan combine all ingredients except apples.
Bring to a boil until thickened.
Pour over apples and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour, or until apples are tender.
