Easy Chicken And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) roasted chicken
    1 lb. Reames frozen noodles
    6 to 8 bay leaves
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Separate meat from skin, fat and bones.
    Put skin and bones in large pan. Cover with water and add bay leaves.
    Bring to a boil and simmer 1 hour.
    Strain broth.
    In large pan, put broth and chicken.
    Bring to a boil and add frozen noodles, thyme, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook until noodles are done, approximately 40 minutes.
