Beef Tenderloin With Creamy Chipolte Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) beef tenderloin roast
    3 Tbsp. minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. extra light olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    Combine garlic and oil.
    Salt and pepper the roast and rub with garlic mixture.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Add a little water to pan.
    Roast at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove roast from pan and let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Prepare Chipolte Sauce.
