Grapefruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. fresh grapefruit sections
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. gelatin
Preparation
    Combine gelatin and sugar in boiling water; add cream cheese. Stir to mix. Fold in grapefruit sections and pecans and store in refrigerator until set. Serves 12 to 15.
