Chocolate Sheet Cake(Texas Sheet Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 sticks butter or margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together sugar, flour, soda and cinnamon.
Bring to a boil the butter/margarine, cocoa and water.
Pour the cocoa mixture over the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add the eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.
Blend together until mixed.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan (greased and floured) for 20 minutes.
While cake is baking, make icing.
