Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. regular grits
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Bring milk to a boil.
    Add 1/2 cup margarine and stir in grits. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is the consistency of oatmeal.
    Remove from heat; add salt and pepper.
    Beat mixture with egg beater.
    Add grated cheese and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    This can be made the day before and baked the morning of the brunch.
