Spiced Orange Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (11 oz.) can or 1 1/2 c. mandarin orange sections
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. whole cloves
6-inch cinnamon stick
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. cold water
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. broken walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Drain oranges; reserve syrup.
Add water to syrup to make 1 3/4 cups.
In a saucepan, mix syrup, salt and spices.
Cover and simmer ten minutes.
Remove from heat and let stand, covered, ten minutes longer.
