Cheese Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. (16 oz.) Swiss or Gruyere, shredded
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 lb. French bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    In large bowl, place cheese, flour and seasonings.
    Toss to combine.
    In a saucepan, heat wine to simmering.
    Add cheese mixture gradually, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture thickens.
    Transfer to fondue pot.
    Set to low heat.
    Serve with bread cubes.
