Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix (made to directions)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 (21 oz.) cans strawberry pie filling
    1 large Cool Whip
    2 c. chopped pecans
    6 bananas
    1 large instant vanilla pudding (made to directions)
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions.
    Cool.
    When cool, crumb the cake into tiny pieces.
    Place 1/2 of the crumbs in a punch bowl. Add 3 bananas, sliced, next layer is 1/2 the pudding.
    Add next 1/2 of the pineapple (drained) and now 1 can strawberry pie filling, 1/2 of Cool Whip.
    Now add the 1 cup pecans.
    Repeat all the layers again.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
