Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 green peppers, finely chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Saut (cook slow with butter) the onions, green pepper and ground beef until vegetables are tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done. Yields 8 servings.
