Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    butter
    2 tsp. mustard (Grey Poupon)
    parsley
Preparation
    Boil whole head of cauliflower for 10 minutes; drain.
    Place on glass pie plate.
    Brush with butter.
    Frost with the mixture of mayonnaise, mustard and grated cheese.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
