Sugar-Free Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raisins
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. flour
    3 c. water
    3/4 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine and cook raisins and water until water is absorbed. Cool; combine eggs, applesauce, oil, vanilla and sweetener.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and spices.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Add raisins and nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt or tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
