Salmon Tempura With Spinach Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salmon
    1 carrot
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. flour
    oil (enough to cover salmon)
    1 bundle spinach
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Skin salmon; cut into bite size.
    Shred carrot.
    Break egg into bowl.
    Mix it.
    In a bowl, mix carrot, egg, flour and 1 teaspoon of oil.
    Dip salmon into flour mix.
    Deep fry salmon.
