Pineapple Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments
Preparation

Drain juice from fruits into measuring cup. Add enough water to equal 3 cups. Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water.
Add fruit juice and sour cream to jello. Beat by hand until sour cream is dissolved.
Place in refrigerator to chill, about 45 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and stir in fruit. Return to refrigerator.
Serve when jello is firm.
