Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (27 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1/3 c. sugar
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place sauerkraut in strainer and rinse well under cold running water.
Thoroughly drain off all liquid and place kraut in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until thoroughly blended. Spoon salad into jars or plastic containers and cover.
Chill in refrigerator overnight.
Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
