Seafoam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 stiffly beaten egg white
Preparation
    Boil first 2 ingredients together until it will \"thread\" when let drip from a spoon.
    Add this mixture slowly to the stiffly beaten egg white, beating constantly.
    Beat until it will drop easily from a spoon onto buttered pan.
