Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 head lettuce
2 c. taco cheese
1 tomato
1 small onion
2 bunches green onion
1 (15 oz.) bag nacho chips
1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation

Brown 1 pound ground beef; drain the excess grease.
Add 1/2 cup water and contents of taco seasoning package.
Simmer until water is cooked off.
In a big salad bowl, chop and mix lettuce, tomato, onions and taco cheese.
Do not mix taco meat or nacho chips until ready to eat.
Do not add meat or chips if you are going to store overnight.
Before adding nacho chips, break into small pieces.
