Saltine Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork chops
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 eggs
    saltine crackers
    oil
Preparation
    Salt and pepper pork chops.
    Mix eggs with a little water. Crush up saltines.
    Dip chops in egg mixture and dredge in crackers.
    Repeat.
    Brown in frying pan with oil.
    Lay chops in baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and cook an additional 15 minutes.
    Serve immediately.
