Toasted Coconut-Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. (4 oz.) butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
    1/2 c. coarsely broken pecans
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thoroughly combine eggs, sugar, butter or margarine, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Stir in coconut and pecans.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 45 to 50 minutes or until filling is set.
    Cool.
    Garnish with sweetened whipped cream and pecan halves if desired.
    Serves 6.
