Teriyaki Cornish Hens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Cornish hens
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 c. seasoned croutons
    1/2 c. diced mandarin orange sections
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine melted butter and seasoned bread crumbs.
    Mix well. Place hens, breast side up, in a shallow roasting pan.
    Stuff with croutons mixture.
    Combine soy sauce and garlic.
    Brush on hens. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings.
    During last 15 minutes, garnish with mandarin oranges and return to oven.
