Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    4 medium onions
    boiling water
    3 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Lightly grease dish.
    Wash, pare, thinly slice potatoes and onions.
    Cover in small amount of boiling water with 2 teaspoons salt for about 5 minutes or until slightly tender. Drain.
