Shrimp Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    3 cloves garlic
    6 green peppers, tops cut off and cleaned
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    juice of 1 lemon
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 lb. shrimp, or 2 (5 oz.) cans or 10 to 12 oz. frozen, thawed under running water
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    6 pats of butter
    paprika
Preparation
    In cooking pot, size to hold 2 quarts of water, put salt, garlic and peppers.
    Bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
    In separate pot, boil 1/2 cup raw rice, drain.
    Mix soup, lemon juice, pepper, onion and butter.
    Heat, then add rice, parsley and shrimp.
    Stuff peppers with shrimp mixture and top with 1 cup grated Swiss cheese, 6 pats of butter and paprika (for color). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
