Crunchy Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. garlic flavored croutons
    margarine
Preparation
    Trim leaves.
    Cut off stalks and wash broccoli.
    Cook in small amount of water until barely tender.
    Combine butter and flour. Blend until smooth.
    Combine over low heat, gradually adding milk. Cook until smooth and thick.
    Add salt, pepper and cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Alternate layers of broccoli, sauce and croutons in 1-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
